Welcome to the home for Crittenden County's 2024 general election. On this page, you should find all the information or links to information you need to be an informed voter this fall. We value election integrity and have created this site with a government (.gov) domain to ensure you have access to authentic and accurate information. In an age of “fake news,” interference from outside actors and scams, we want you to feel confident about voting in Crittenden County.
We caution all prospective voters to be wary of any texts, emails, mail or other communications from sources other than an official government source. Of course, we welcome any questions from you by phone our office at 270-965-3403. You may also look for updates and information on social media at
Facebook.com/CrittendenCountyClerk.
Voters should prepare for a record turnout, with waits as long as 30 minutes possible due to a lengthy, two-sided ballot with race or political office, constitutional amendments and referendum questions. To expedite voting, please ensure your registration information is up to date before voting, have your Kentucky driver's license or ID ready at the polling location and study your ballot beforehand. Statutes allow 4 up to minutes in the voting booth to mark ballots.

Two state Constitutional Amendments will appear on the ballot in November. Because of the length of these questions and the number of races and other questions, voters are encouraged to inform themselves before in-person voting starts Oct. 31 to reduce the chance of long lines and lengthy delays at the polling locations. Kentucky County Clerks and election workers cannot interpret, nor give guidance, on amendments. Click the heading for the full text of the proposed amendments.
